Saul spent 13 years of his reign CHASING the future King, David.
Why does a former leader in the spirit do this? He knows that he wears the physical crown but is spiritually stripped. How does he know he is stripped? When they see you wearing the OIL they used to carry, they know you are #NEXT
David was labeled a vagabond and a wanderer due to being on the run from Saul. Nobody addressed the fact that his vagabond state was the direct result of being chased by a VILLAIN. It is hard to "put down roots" when one is "running for their life".
Take Note:
Your season of being on the run is over. God is taking those labels off of you today. No more wandering and vagabond lifestyle. God is bringing you to the place of stability. No longer villified because of the true spiritual villains. You won't spend your days chasing the next, but nurturing your successors.
God has set you on a straight path, no chaser in this season. Advance the Kingdom of God and know that the one who chased you is being dealt with by the hand of the Lord.
