Restore Me Lyric Video
God is a restorer, a repairer, and a healer. This song was inspired through my own places of loss. I found myself singing the word, that God would restore my life and He has done just as he promised! May this song encourage you to hope against hope and keep believing God who can turn your life around!

The Spiritual Tsunami Is Near
NOBODY. NO MOVEMENT. NO DENOMINATION. NO ELITIST GROUP will be
taking credit for the "next move of God" in America. It will be a
Spiritual Tsunami. God will use the energy that flows through many
obedient Apostles, Prophets, Evangelists, Pastors, Teachers,
Intercessors, Reconcilers, and Disciples, like underwater VOLCANOES, God
will use the synchronized ENERGY of the SAINTS to cause the TECTONIC
SHIFTS that take place UNSEEN in prayer closets, prayer
chambers, prayer rooms, prayer conferences, to PRODUCE the ENERGY for
the LARGEST WAVE of Repentance to hit the shores of America, from
Washington to Washington, Coast to Coast.
Little Waves are pushing the next three years, and the Saints are being
shifted GEOGRAPHICALLY to get in PLACE, for your VOLCANIC PRAYER to be
released in the right regions. This is GOD'S DOING and all GLORY will
go to HIM ALONE. Play your part!

Prophetic Word: Streams for Dreams
Over the past 48 hours, as a business person, I have witnessed God begin to resurrect some streams in my life. As I was sitting before the Lord today, he said,
I am releasing Streams for Dreams.
I waited for more understanding. He continued on.
I am releasing the income for you to accomplish the dreams that I have placed in you. They will be accomplished. As you have obeyed and planted the seed of work, the seed of starting the business, writing the book, sowing into others, teaching, training, being unselfish, those seeds have been watered and will produce a harvest.
As I rejoiced, I realized that this is not just a personal word, but a word for everyone that has sowed for years and have waited patiently for production. God is releasing the streams for your God dreams. Don't forget the purpose of your streams. You are moving from the place of just enough to more than enough. Distribute wisely!
Prophetic Word for 2016 : The Year of Quiet Comebacks for Mega Impact #ReignySeason
This word was delivered December 2015 for the new year. I want to share it with you! It is only the first quarter of the new year, but we are seeing this Word come to pass in the lives of those who receive it. Be Blessed!

Straight, No Chaser
Saul spent 13 years of his reign CHASING the future King, David.
Why does a former leader in the spirit do this? He knows that he wears the physical crown but is spiritually stripped. How does he know he is stripped? When they see you wearing the OIL they used to carry, they know you are #NEXT
David was labeled a vagabond and a wanderer due to being on the run from Saul. Nobody addressed the fact that his vagabond state was the direct result of being chased by a VILLAIN. It is hard to "put down roots" when one is "running for their life".
Take Note:
Your season of being on the run is over. God is taking those labels off of you today. No more wandering and vagabond lifestyle. God is bringing you to the place of stability. No longer villified because of the true spiritual villains. You won't spend your days chasing the next, but nurturing your successors.
God has set you on a straight path, no chaser in this season. Advance the Kingdom of God and know that the one who chased you is being dealt with by the hand of the Lord.
Here's to an outrageous life, chasing God and letting goodness and mercy chase you always.

All Lives Matter...So I've Been Told
I can't sleep.
Not because I don't want to.
Not because I don't need to.
There's a problem (a blessing to me, a problem to others) that, at times, keeps me up at night that most of the country I live in will never have a sleepless night over. It is the color of my skin.
The news of yet another death in the custody of police did not reassure me that I live in the "freest, greatest nation ever to come about." I feel the steady diet of media creating a desensitizing to the treatment of black people. I see the up and coming activists and dissenters being given an unspoken message: "Speak up too often, hash tag too often, upload your messages of empowerment too often, and we will put a stop to you."
I overheard someone recently tell my husband that, "racism is simply one person's dislike for another." If only it were that simple.
I wanted to tell them about the time my husband was accused of talking to a white female clerk who said she felt "uncomfortable" and therefore he could not return to the place (in a small town, 87% white) where we had to do business for a year. He could not show his face there for a year because the clerk felt "uncomfortable".
Racism is the ability to do something about your bigotry and prejudice. Not just merely dislike a person. But deny them access or opportunity. I won't bore you with my instances of outright racism (I've stopped counting my personal experiences, I just write them down) here but the notion of reverse racism is flawed. One actually has to have power to enforce their prejudice and bigotry, and Black people (in this country) have not had that collective power.
As a Christian, I am encouraged to trust in God, live and walk by faith, and walk in truth. Yet as a Black person in America, I am encouraged to ignore injustice, never talk about injustice, pretend that there are not issues specific to my people group that do matter (see 13, 14, 15th Amendments), mattered so much that they had to be added to the Constitution that was not originally written with Black people classified as human beings (not property) and free (not enslaved) in mind. It is automatically assumed that if I am for Black people, I cannot be for ALL people, which is untrue. God himself is for ALL people (see Revelation 5).
It is especially hard to see a problem that MLK pointed out decades ago, still be a pervasive problem today: that other people groups whose voice could be a factor in change, remain relatively silent.
It would be nice to live as though I had no care in the world. That work, family, friends, and faith were the only things that I had to concern myself with. But I was born into this world with one more thing on my plate. So I cannot pretend color blindness, because very few have ever pretended not to make my race a deciding factor and sometimes the primary factor in my educational experiences, employment experiences, housing experiences, or social experiences. I am learning everyday anew to cast my cares upon the Lord for he cares for me. I am also learning that no amount of intelligence, sincerity, kindness, skill, or desire to reconcile will convince someone who sees me as less than human to see me like the Lord sees me.
I understand my issues are not unique to me, that people of color around the world have dealt with this to some extent and degree. I understand some are really tired of hearing about Black lives, I get it. But we must be more than "tired". We must do what we can to hold those accountable who are in authority.
The reality is the internal disease of racism does not have a radar. It is a heart condition that continues to manifest itself as an unhealed area of our historical fabric. The more it is called out, the deeper it tries to embed itself. Spiritual racism is here and on the rise because we won't address the ethnic racism. Injustice is injustice. We must be willing to speak up even if it is not directly affecting us. We must be willing to weep with those who weep. God is not indifferent to our pain. He has shown through human history that the sighing and cries of his mistreated ones can and will reach his ears (read Exodus).
When a Christian cries out that they are denied access and opportunity because of their stance and belief, I wonder if they can see the parallels? We can't scream #ChristianLivesMatter and be silent when it comes to #BlackLivesMatter.
#AllLivesMatter...So I've Been Told. I am waiting on America to make that more than a hashtag. I am waiting for the Church to take her place as the Kingdom.
Not because I don't want to.
Not because I don't need to.

The Tension of Worship and Work
38 Now while they were on their way, it occurred that Jesus entered a certain village, and a woman named Martha received and welcomed Him into her house.
39 And she had a sister named Mary, who seated herself at the Lord’s feet and was listening to His teaching.
40 But
Martha [overly occupied and too busy] was distracted with much serving;
and she came up to Him and said, Lord, is it nothing to You that my
sister has left me to serve alone? Tell her then to help me [to lend a
hand and do her part along with me]!
41 But the Lord replied to her by saying, Martha, Martha, you are anxious and troubled about many things;
42 There is need of only one thing. Mary has chosen the good portion [that which is to her advantage], which shall not be taken away from her. - Luke 10
Most of us, if we will be honest, find this same tension that Mary and Martha experienced within our own lives. It can come from external pressure to be "doing" more or from our internal voice. Some find immeasurable joy in doing. Some find immeasurable peace in being. Some days the "Be-ers and the Do-ers" are constantly at odds with each other.
As I pondered this today, in the midst of trying to find balance, I came to some conclusions in prayer.
The Worshiper is working their soul's salvation out. The Worker is worshiping God through the act of service. The challenge then becomes finding out what frequency God wants us on at any given moment.
We all have a degree of Mary and Martha on the inside of us:
For some it is 99% Mary/1% Martha
50% Mary/50% Martha
25%Mary/75% Martha
75% Mary/25% Martha
And I realize depending on the season of life, this could change. So, I asked the Lord, what is the real problem? The answer? The problem is when we work without a worship compass or when we worship without a work ethic.
Our worship and our work should both bring glory to God.
I've learned that just because a person isn't spending their time the way you are or the way you think they should, does not mean they are wasting time. If they are doing or rather BEING with Jesus DOING what he told them to do (march, rest, stand, run, walk, sit still) their time is not wasted.
Rather than running around busy today, take some time to BE WITH GOD. Your DOING will have three things:
1- A Sharper Focus
2- A Pointed Direction
3- An Eternal Purpose
In the presence of God, we find direction for all of our DOING. We find out how to DO things more effectively. How to manage what we are DOING and prioritize what we are DOING. We also find out WHO to delegate to and WHAT responsibilities can be given to someone else.
It's not a great feeling to get before GOD overwhelmed and exhausted, only to hear his still small voice say, "Daughter you were DOing too much."
Let's be the Outrageous Church that spends time BEING conformed to the image of the Son, Jesus Christ. As we conform, we will find our DOING creating a lasting impact for the Kingdom of God.

Equity In The Kingdom
May of 2014 God released a word over my life through an obedient brother the Lord: "God is giving you equity in the Kingdom."
In finance, in general, you can think of equity as ownership in any asset after all debts associated with that asset are paid off.
As I sought the Lord about that meaning, he expressed further detail:
I have given you assets in my Kingdom by grace.
Many have tried to classify my assets in your life as liabilities.
In doing so, they have created debts.
There is a debt to repent, to repay, to restore, and to retract the liability from your life.
I am paying off all debts associated with your equity.
Your value will no longer be obscured.
It will no longer be devalued.
It will no longer be devalued.
All debts associated with your life will be paid.
You will owe no man but to love them.
Since that Word was spoken, I am SEEING God establish his equity. I pray that he would do the same for you! May you wait on the Lord and truly see how he will add value and remove that which has obscured the value of who you are!

Bitter Is NOT Your Destiny
Ruth 1:20-21
20 And she said to them, Call me not Naomi [pleasant]; call me Mara [bitter], for the Almighty has dealt very bitterly with me.
21 I went out full, but the Lord has brought me home again empty. Why call me Naomi, since the Lord has testified against me, and the Almighty has afflicted me?
There are times in our life, like Naomi, that we find ourselves in circumstances that leave a bitter taste in our mouth. It causes us to question whether God is afflicting us or whether we have done something to incur the experience or pain we feel.
But as God simply put it to me today, "I never changed Naomi's name. I never changed her purpose. I never changed her destiny. She tried to change her own name based on her circumstances, but no one would agree with her."
I thought that was a pretty powerful revelation. You see, those closest to Naomi chose not to agree with making a permanent change based on her emotions. Yes, Naomi had a right to grieve for her sons, and husband, but that did not change God's heart towards her.
Neither her friends, nor Ruth, nor even Boaz ever referred to her by her feelings (Mara- bitter) but by her identity (Naomi- my pleasant one). That speaks volumes to me.
You may be in a place that feels bitter, but in God's eyes, you are His pleasant one. The feelings will change, but your identity before God, as His pleasure will not.
Had Naomi not been able to relinquish her season of bitter feelings, she may have not been in a position to see the open door of restoration before her through the union of Ruth and Boaz. She may have been too much "in her feelings" to discern an opportunity to secure the happiness of Ruth, a younger widow who had chosen to serve God and serve Naomi through her season of bitterness.
In the end, God turned the bitter circumstance into a sweet spot. Naomi's family line was able to continue, their inheritance was restored and kept in their family line, and Naomi had life restored to her, nourishment in old age, and the love of Ruth, who was declared to be better than seven sons.
I encourage you today to look beyond the pain you feel and see the pleasure that is ahead if you will not give up your hope in God. Yes, times may be hard, but weeping comes to an end. Seasons do change and God has not changed his mind about you! Bitter is not the end of your story or your destiny.
It's time for God to turn the page in your life! Are you ready? You may have started out empty, but get ready for fullness of joy! Look up and see your opportunity to be restored!

Witnessing: The Hard Cases and Hard Questions
I recall a time in my life where I had the wonderful opportunity of taking the bus home from Tallahassee to Miami. At the time it was a 13 hour ride with many stops in towns I had never heard of, though I was a native Floridian.
I had thought that I was going to settle into an uneventful ride down and kick back and do some reading. But I was mistaken. I was politely interrupted by someone who had seen me open air preaching on FSU's campus. His name was Gregory and he was an atheist. Gregory had a few questions for me.
Gregory was from Guyana and had been raised by a Hindu father and Catholic mother. He had been exposed to both religions and felt confused and had no connection to either. He had come to college searching and had not expected to find someone talking about God out in the open. So he had some questions. It wasn't as if we were "in a hurry" so I was up for the challenge.
I said, "Ask me anything you want." I was not resting in my own knowledge, but I prayed that the Holy Spirit would answer him. Gregory asked me questions for 13 hours. Yep. Thirteen hours. He spent the entire ride drilling the Holy Spirit (because I am NOT that smart). The Holy Spirit had an answer, including verse and chapter for his questions.
Though our trip had to end, Gregory who was still not convinced kept in contact. The next semester of college, we continued to hang out. I joked with him about being Tiger Wood's twin because he looked so much like him. Gregory took a religion course the next semester (I had taken one previously) and began to study all the major religions in earnest and continued to ask the hard questions. He would also watch Benny Hinn and was intrigued by him. When Gregory ended that semester, he told me that he had decided to accept Christ as Lord and Savior.Part of that reason for receiving the Lord came from seeing Christianity come off the pages. Christianity was real because he began to see it lived out. He met more Christians, people who were not just throwing verses, but showing love.
He returned to Guyana but he left with concern in his heart that he would be facing angry parents. I prayed with him and continued to encourage him in his walk. After that semester, I did not see Gregory again. What I do know, is that Gregory taught me that it is not enough to know scripture or sling them at people. Scripture must take on skin- we must live them out. We must be ready to engage people and meet them where they are. I can know scripture and have no clue how to love people and it would be a total waste.
Some times we don't get a chance to see where our watering or planting goes. Some times we don't get the chance to see the increase. But don't stop witnessing.
Let God use you, even if the person seems like a "hard case".
Let God use you, even if the person seems like a "hard case".
An Outrageous Church has to remain ready to receive the Outrageous harvest that is coming!

The Murdering Spirit: Cain
When you think of murder, you
think of guns, knives and other acts of violence. However, there are many ways
to kill, and that is the spirit of the assassin is loosed in the body of
Christ.
The spirit of Murder rose up in
Cain, and he killed his brother Abel.
(Genesis4:8). Instead of being our brother’s keeper, we are killing them
with our tongue. (Proverbs 28:21). Death and life is in the power of the
tongue. (James3:8), But the tongue no
man can tame. Doth a fountain send forth at the same place sweet water and bitter?
(James 3:10). The answer is no!
The enemy is using tongues in the
body of Christ, to assassinate and annihilate the body of Christ. Through gossip, lying, back biting, and
speaking word curses. It is time to abolish that spirit, and love ye one
another as the Father commanded. Believers, let us not miss the
opportunity to gather rather than divide at harvest time like Cain did. It is
now time to rise and work together, offer God our best together, and gather the
end time harvest of souls!

If the Saints Would Just...
I kept hearing this phrase tonight sitting before the Lord. "If the Saints would Just..." It was as if God's Spirit was taking a very LONNNNNNNNG sigh. Finally, He began to complete his statement. Here goes:
If the Saints would just
Stop backbiting
Love
Trust
Show Compassion
Confess
Care
Get involved
Stop eyeing one another in jealousy
Stop setting each other up for failure
Keep their word
Not lie to each other
Not brush off soul numbing sin
Pray for each other
Let the Word lift them
Connect with the Spirit of God in each other
They WILL SEE
Healing
Deliverance
Abundance of Peace
Solutions to World issues
Revival
Great salvation
So, the ball is in our court. Is this the generation that's going to see it? Or will it be the generation to come?

Jesus: Personal or Mass Market Appeal
I want to be obedient to the heavenly call. Most of us who say we love God really do want that. But we struggle. We struggle with what we see as the Mass Market Appeal Jesus, the 'televised' and polished Jesus, and the very Personal Jesus. In my prayer time today, God highlighted some things. I found it refreshing to see the same theme throughout the Body of Christ today: God is personal.
The Mass Market Jesus is the one who fed 5,000.
The Personal Jesus is the one who asks you for drink at a well in the heat of the day at the darkest and most shameful moment of your life.
The Mass Market Jesus feeds us. The Personal Jesus is refreshed by us.
The Personal Jesus is
the One we seek out in private
the One we ask questions of
the One whose feet we sit at
The One who we complain to about not having enough help
the One whose feet we don't mind kissing
The Mass Market Healed all.
The Personal Jesus asks will you be made WHOLE?
The Mass Market Jesus draws crowds,
The Personal Jesus draws disciples.
One draws the multitudes,
The other many will no longer follow
when he says, Eat my flesh, Drink my blood.
The Mass Market Jesus loves all,
The Personal Jesus hates sin.
The Mass Market Jesus eats at tables with sinners.
The Personal Jesus turns over religious tables.
The Mass Market Jesus died for us
The Personal Jesus died for you.
He speaks in his pain, offers personal salvation to you
the guilty who deserved death.
He sees you on Your Cross,
bearing your sin, and says,
I'll take that too.
Sin? I'll have what you're having.
Disease? I'll take that.
Sorrow? No problem.
Abandonment? I've got it covered.
Fear? I'll shoulder that.
Decay? I'll make sure you can live again.
The Mass Market Jesus will never be rejected by the wider audience.
The Personal Jesus will always be rejected by those
who refuse to die.
Who is Jesus to you?
Personal? Or is He simply
The Man with
Mass Market Appeal?
He's not a product, but He is ready to produce
the fruit of His Personal Glory in your Story.

Don't Hold On- Love Challenge Week 4
My last week of the Love challenge has taught me one important lesson. Don't hold ON. Love is meant to be given. It not meant to just be harbored for some special time. I think the most significant thing I learned in these 28 days was that whether the gesture was small, big, with money, with service, or with words, LOVE was received. When we let the love within us touch others, we open our capacity to receive up in ways that we could not expect. During these 28 days, there weren't any fireworks or walk on water miracles, but there did not need to be. Love is a miracle in itself. It's power, often unseen and quiet, works an internal miracle every time you decide to release it.
Love wears down the hardest heart. Love enlarges the heart that's full of love. Love warms the heart that is cold. Even the Roman soldiers who mocked love while it was poured out, had to acknowledge that love had changed the atmosphere and truly Jesus was The Son of God.
I know for me, I am going to be more intentional about love and look out for ways to show it. I pray you will take a month to be intentional about love in action. it will change you in ways you did not think possible. The worldwide movement starts first in the heart of an individual. Will it be you?
Love like your life depends on it. The reality is, it does.

Homosexuality: It's Bigger Than SEX
It has taken me over six months
of research, study, and prayer to finally come to terms with writing this
article. I didn’t want to write it. I wanted to read it. I wanted someone else
to dig into this issue. Quite frankly, there are more ‘qualified’ people to
address it. Nevertheless, I will share what God has given me on the subject
along with other source citations.
He first thing God spoke to me
concerning this was: The next war coming will not be over race, but over
sexuality.
When God first spoke this to me
years ago, I could not see it. Now, it is evident and clear that our society is
waging a spiritual, cultural, civil, and sexual war around this area. From business owners under attack, to laws protecting religious freedom being considered unconstitutional, to the firing and then reinstating of Duck Dynasty cast member for his solicited answers to the question of homosexuality, there is definitely a need to wake up and understand what is going on and why.
The other thing God said was:
This issue is not going to ‘go away’. It will grow in size and importance.
With
the measures taken by President Obama to make homosexuality a world human
rights issue with the United Nations, it further proves that God is always
true. He knows what is unfolding in human history and it is our responsibility
to take heed and set ourselves strategically in the place of fasting, prayer,
worship, acting in our society in a way that positions us not to be bulldozed
by the coming enforcement of apostasy upon the world.
No matter what happens after I
write this article (which will be preserved in several forms in the case of
something good or bad occurring), my assignment to record and obey God in the
communication of it will have been fulfilled.
In order to understand where we
are headed we must understand how homosexuality has been viewed in the world in
times past. The Word of God assures us there is nothing new under the sun, and
so we must examine what has been in previous ages and see how these patterns
are recurring and unfolding in our present age.
The term homosexuality was
invented in the 19th century, with the term heterosexuality invented later in
the same century to contrast with the earlier term. The term bisexuality was
invented in the 20th century as sexual identities became defined by the
predominate sex to which people are attracted and thus a label was needed for
those who are not predominantly attracted to one sex.
In a 1976 study, Gwen Broude and
Sarah Greene compared attitudes towards and frequency of homosexuality in the
ethnographic studies available in the Standard cross-cultural sample. They
found that out of 42 communities: homosexuality was accepted or ignored in 9; 5
communities had no concept of homosexuality; 11 considered it undesirable but
did not set punishments; and 17 strongly disapproved and punished. Of 70
communities, homosexuality was reported to be absent or rare in frequency in
41, and present or not uncommon in 29. From the work, "Cross-Cultural Codes on Twenty Sexual Attitudes and
Practices", Ethnology, Vol. 15, No. 4 (Oct., 1976)
Biblical standards and religions
that flow from Abrahamic origin establish sodomy as a transgression against
divine law. The condemnation of anal sex between males predates Christianity.
Let's take a look at Homosexuality in ages past:
Among indigenous peoples of the
Americas prior to European colonization, a common form of same-sex sexuality
centered around the figure of the Two-Spirit individual. Typically this
individual was recognized early in life, given a choice by the parents to
follow the path and, if the child accepted the role, raised in the appropriate
manner, learning the customs of the gender it had chosen. Two-Spirit
individuals were commonly shamans, and were revered as having powers beyond
those of ordinary shamans. Their sexual life was with the ordinary tribe
members of the same sex, according to Ben Pablo’s work Latin America: Colonial.
Homosexuality in China, known as the pleasures of the bitten peach, the cut
sleeve, or the southern custom, has been recorded since approximately 600
BCE. These terms were used to describe
behaviors, not identities (recently some fashionable young Chinese use the term
"brokeback," 斷背 duanbei to refer to homosexual men, from the success
of director Ang Lee's film Brokeback Mountain). The relationships were marked
by differences in age and social position.
Homosexuality in Japan, variously
known as shudo or nanshoku, has been documented for over one thousand years and
had some connections to the Buddhist monastic life and the samurai tradition.
This same-sex love culture gave rise to strong traditions of painting and
literature documenting and celebrating such relationships.
Similarly, in Thailand, Kathoey,
or "ladyboys," have been a feature of Thai society for many
centuries, and Thai kings had male as well as female lovers.
The earliest Western documents of
same-sex come from Ancient Greece. Same-sex relationships were a social
institution variously constructed over time and from one city to another. The
formal practice, an erotic yet often restrained relationship between a free
adult male and a free adolescent, was valued for its pedagogic benefits and as
a means of population control.
In Ancient Rome the young male
body remained a focus of male sexual attention, but relationships were between
older free men and slaves or freed youths who took the receptive role in sex.
All the emperors with the exception of Claudius took male lovers. The
Hellenophile emperor Hadrian is renowned for his relationship with Antinous,
but the Christian emperor Theodosius I decreed a law on August 6, 390,
condemning passive males to be burned at the stake. Justinian, towards the end
of his reign, expanded the proscription to the active partner as well (in 558),
warning that such conduct can lead to the destruction of cities through the
"wrath of God". Notwithstanding these regulations, taxes on brothels
of boys available for homosexual sex continued to be collected until the end of
the reign of Anastasius I in 518.
In the Middle East the practice
is veiled and not publicly accepted. In recent years, egalitarian relationships
modeled on the western pattern have become more frequent, though they remain
rare. Same-sex intercourse officially carries the death penalty in several
Muslim nations: Saudi Arabia, Iran, Mauritania, northern Nigeria, Sudan, and
Yemen. Today, governments in the Middle East often ignore, deny the existence
of, or criminalize homosexuality.
In Ancient Assyria homosexuality
was tied to ancient religions and practiced as a part of religious ritual. In
Persia homosexuality and homoerotic expressions were tolerated in numerous
public places, from monasteries and seminaries to taverns, military camps,
bathhouses, and coffee houses. In the early Safavid era (1501–1723), male
houses of prostitution (amrad khane) were legally recognized and paid taxes.
In many traditional Melanesian
cultures a prepubescent boy would be paired with an older adolescent who would
become his mentor and who would "inseminate" him (orally, anally, or
topically, depending on the tribe) over a number of years in order for the
younger to also reach puberty. Many Melanesian societies, however, have become
hostile towards same-sex relationships since the introduction of Christianity
by European missionaries, according to Glibert Herdt’s book, Ritualized Homosexuality in Melanesia.
This leads me to one very
important reason why HOMOSEXUALITY is not going anywhere: our society functions
around institutionalizing homosexuality, and many secret and Greek
organizations have ritualized it.
When the Lord told me to do a
study on the word “semen” it helped me to connect what homosexuality meant
beyond sex. Semen represents the WORD. Some cultures actually believe that
Semen contains not just “DNA” but the very wisdom of the man. In ritual
practice, they believe that the way a man imparts his ‘wisdom’ to another man
is through the anal sex act, proven by Mr. Herdt’s work. It is where the term
Seminary comes from, a place of learning, initially for men only, and the term
“inseminate”.
Let’s continue to take a look at
the ancient Greece practice: One ancient saying claimed that "Women are
for business, boys are for pleasure." Though slave boys could be bought,
free boys had to be courted, and ancient materials suggest that the father also
had to consent to the relationship. Such relationships did not replace marriage
between man and woman, but occurred before and concurrent WITH it. A mature man
would usually not have a mature male mate, though there were frequent
exceptions (among whom Alexander the Great) but he would be the erastes (lover)
to a young eromenos (loved one). Men could seek boys as partners, according to
Eva Canterella’s book, Bisexuality in the
Ancient World.
In Ancient Rome, the "conquest
mentality" of the ancient Romans shaped Roman homosexual practices. In the
Roman Republic, a citizen's political liberty was defined in part by the RIGHT
to preserve his body from physical compulsion or use by others; for the male
citizen to submit his body to the giving of pleasure was considered servile. As
long as a man played the penetrative role, it was socially acceptable and
considered natural for him to have same-sex relations, without a perceived LOSS
of his masculinity or social standing.
Sex between male citizens of
equal status, including soldiers, was disparaged, and in some circumstances
penalized harshly. The bodies of citizen youths were strictly off-limits. Male
slaves, prostitutes, and entertainers or others considered infames (of no
social standing) were acceptable sex partners for the DOMINANT male citizen to
penetrate, according to Thomas Mc Ginn’s book, Prostitution, Sexuality, and the Law in Ancient Rome.
Homosexuality was deemed to be a
psychiatric disorder for many years but in 1973 homosexuality was declassified
as a mental illness in the United Kingdom. In 1986 all references to
homosexuality as a psychiatric DISORDER were removed from the Diagnostic and
Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) of the American Psychiatric
Association.
WHY? Why would they remove this
classification?
Because there are MANY involved
in it; there are many involved in it behind closed doors and it would not be
good to be declared a mental patient. Instead, what is happening, it that those
who are in the highest realms of world power and law making are securing a
place for homosexuality and other deviant practices to make a public comeback,
and not just as acceptable or tolerable. It has become a “YOU will APPROVE or
ELSE” campaign.
So, what started this drive to
the forefront of culture and now the storming of the Church institutions?
Remember: The ancient Law of Moses (the Torah) forbids
men lying with men (intercourse) in Leviticus 18 and gives a story of attempted
homosexual rape in Genesis in the story of Sodom and Gomorrah, the cities being
soon destroyed after that. The death penalty was prescribed. In Deuteronomy
22:5, cross-dressing is condemned as being "abominable".
The catalyst for this Western
cultural clash came with the Stonewall Riots. Amazingly, violence seems to be
the spirit behind homosexuality as evidenced even Biblically through Sodom and
Gomorrah.
The Stonewall riots were a series
of spontaneous, violent demonstrations by members of the gay community against
a police raid that took place in the early morning hours of June 28, 1969, at
the Stonewall Inn, in the Greenwich Village neighborhood of New York City. They
are widely considered to constitute the SINGLE most important event leading to
the gay liberation movement and the modern fight for gay and lesbian rights in
the United States, even referenced in Obama’s 2013 Inaugural Speech.
Very few establishments welcomed
openly gay people in the 1950s and 1960s. Those that did were often bars,
although bar owners and managers were rarely gay. The Stonewall Inn, at the
time, was owned by the Mafia. It catered to an assortment of patrons, but it
was known to be popular with the poorest and most marginalized people in the
gay community: drag queens, representatives of a newly self-aware transgender
community, effeminate young men, male prostitutes, and homeless youth. Police
raids on gay bars were routine in the 1960s, but officers quickly lost control
of the situation at the Stonewall Inn, and attracted a crowd that was incited
to riot.
Tensions between New York City
police and gay residents of Greenwich Village erupted into more protests the
next evening, and again several nights later. Within weeks, Village residents
quickly organized into activist groups to concentrate efforts on establishing
places for gays and lesbians to be open about their sexual orientation without
fear of being arrested.
After the Stonewall riots, gays
and lesbians in New York City faced gender, race, class, and generational
obstacles to becoming a cohesive community. Within six months, two gay activist
organizations were formed in New York, concentrating on confrontational
tactics, and three newspapers were established to promote rights for gays and
lesbians. Within a few years, gay rights organizations were founded across the
U.S. and the world. On June 28, 1970, the first Gay Pride marches took place in
Los Angeles, Chicago, and New York commemorating the anniversary of the riots.
Similar marches were organized in other cities. Today, Gay Pride events are held
annually throughout the world toward the end of June to mark the Stonewall
riots.
So, what happened? They
organized. They created their own sources of media. They founded organizations
that would give them voice. They took to the streets. And now, June which marks
FATHER’S DAY has now been overthrown in the US by President Obama’s declaration
of June as LGBT MONTH. That’s right. President Obama has been dubbed, “The Gay
President” by TIME Magazine and has proven to be the most pro-homosexual
President in the history of our Nation. Most recently, he has chastised Nigeria
and Uganda on their anti-homosexual laws recently passed.
Let me note here, that comparing
the PEACEFUL, NON-VIOLENT move of the African-American Civil Rights movement
with this RIOT should be an affront to those of the Civil Rights Community. Let
me reiterate: Gay Pride Celebrations mark an ACT OF REBELLION and RIOTING
against established LAW ENFORCEMENT.
In order to force a society to
change, you must change its laws. Martin Luther King understood this when he
said, “You cannot legislate morality, but you can create a law to keep a man
from lynching me, and I think that is pretty important.” Just as there have
been laws that protect the innocent, there have also been laws that EMPOWER the
lawless, the ungodly, and the perverse.
In 2011, the United Nations Human
Rights Council passed its first resolution recognizing LGBT rights, which was
followed up with a report from the UN Human Rights Commission documenting
violations of the rights of LGBT people, including hate crime, criminalization
of homosexuality, and discrimination. Following up on the report, the UN Human
Rights Commission urged all countries which had not yet done so to enact laws
protecting basic LGBT rights.
So many other humanitarian RIGHTS
are put on the backburner: the right to life, sex slavery, the right to basic
needs: yet LGBT all of a sudden gets front and center attention with the help of
our President, who personally went on tour to promote the rights of LGBT in
African Nations, one of which, Kenya, flat out refused his suggestions.
So what do we see?
We see our society organizing
around and institutionalizing homosexuality, and many secret and Greek
organizations have ritualized it.
One such institution is the OTO, The
Ordo Templi Orientis, founded by Aleister Crowley, a role model of Jay Z, by
the way. In the eleventh degree of this co-ed fraternity, Anal Intercourse is
seen as a way to ‘move up’ the ranks.
The structure of the Ordo Templi Orientis (O.T.O.), like that of
Freemasonry, is based on a staged series of initiations or degrees. The essence
of the Order is in its higher degrees; strictly speaking only members of these
degrees are considered to be members of the O.T.O. proper.
The title of this
eleventh degree? Baphomet; a term becoming increasingly popular in the music
world.
According to Crowley’s writings,
he does not advise talking about the law of Thelema in public because trying to
get it recognized as religion, sanctioned by the government, and approved by
the public would be very hard to do, because it is seen as sin to normal
society (DUH!). This man was an occultist, ceremonial magician and founder of
the religion and philosophy of Thelema, which he says he received through the Egyptian
God Horus visiting him. He was contacted by an entity named Aiwass, who
provided him his satanic text, called The Book of the Law, the sum of which is
now printed on t-shirts and hoodies sported by Jay Z: “do what thou wilt”.
Well, we KNOW that goes contrary to the BIBLE. If you are a Christian, you do
the WILL of GOD, not your own will.
So how did they get the public to
approve? They began masking their agenda, normalizing it through media and
television and tying it to the Civil Rights Movement.
Instead, what has happened is
those secret practitioners are now banded together to create laws that allow
them to practice openly what was once secret. They have used media puppets and
celebrities to normalize and desensitize. Anyone involved in the occult present
or former, know what Sex Magick is. But no one used this term openly until the
singer Justin Timberlake began using it and talking about “bringing sexy back”.
These people operate in practices that are just stomach turning and don’t need
to be mentioned here for you to get the picture. Where was the word Aiwass
released? In James Cameron’s 2009 movie, Avatar, the highest grossing film ever
and also a Hindu religious concept. (Avatar actually means descent of god in
human forms- or an ‘I am god’ concept). Spelled Eywa, in the script, and
described as a nature mother goddess, it is still the SAME spirit. Now, it has
been released in media, given pretty blue skin, and all who hear it are sympathetic
to Avatar 2, 3, and 4, set to be releaed 2016 and beyond. Interesting to note,
is that Cameron is on the NASA Council and has supported the Mars society, an
organization lobbying to colonize Mars. That’s right. Mars. Because the sin on
Earth just isn’t enough.
THAT is the power of media, to
transmit something SATANICALLY inspired, breathe life into it, and get you
attached and involved with something you had NO CLUE had origins in Aleister
Crowley’s disturbed mind. Box office income to date? $2, 782, 275, 172. If you
don’t think Mammon was involved, think again.
Make no mistake, homosexuality is
bigger than sex. Homosexuality is about power. It is about gaining power over
another. It is about trying to tap into some ‘mystical’ state or place. It is
about opening realms and gateways into satanic activity and demonic
communication. It is not about RIGHTS.
Those who practice homosexuality
are looking for headway into making this practice acceptable along all spheres.
What or rather WHO stands in the way?
Jesus Christ and those darn CHRISTIANS.
It has been said, Christians are
hateful, backwards in their thinking, and are simply ‘misinterpreting’ what the
Bible teaches.
The only problem with that is
that Christians don’t decide what is right and wrong. God does. And it does not
matter how long a practice has been in existence. If God has laid down divine
law on it, then Christians follow divine law. Divine law flows out of God, not
out of our hearts which can be wicked and desire what is against God. This is
another reason why they hate God and refuse to acknowledge him as God
(Romans1:19-26). If there is no GOD, there is no divine lawgiver, and therefore
no moral law. By ‘banishing’ God, I deceive myself into thinking I can ‘do what
thou wilt’. Do you see where that takes you?
So what’s the problem? The
problem is that the Church has been infiltrated with people who are promoting
the homosexual agenda and practicing homosexuality themselves.
Check out this powerful
statement:
One homosexual group called
Evangelicals Concerned is a group of people who are to all appearances
born-again, Bible-believing Christians, but also practicing homosexuals. They
claim that the Bible doesn’t forbid homosexual activity or that its commands
aren’t valid for today, but were just a reflection of the culture in which it
was written. These people can be orthodox about Jesus and every other area of
teaching; but they just think it’s all right to be a practicing homosexual.
Understand this:
(1) We are all obligated to do
God’s will.
(2) God’s will is expressed in
the Bible.
(3) The Bible forbids homosexual
behavior.
(4) Therefore, homosexual
behavior is against God’s will, or is wrong.
Now if someone is going to resist
this reasoning, he’s got to deny either that (2) God’s will is expressed in the
Bible or else that (3) the Bible forbids homosexual behavior. Now this has enormous implications. For one
thing, it means that the whole debate about whether homosexuality is something
you were born with or is a result of how you were raised really doesn’t matter
in the end. The important thing is not how you got your orientation, but what
you do with it. Some defenders of homosexuality are very anxious to prove that
your genes, not your upbringing, determine if you’re homosexual because then
homosexual behavior is normal and right. But this conclusion doesn’t follow at
all. Just because you’re genetically disposed to some behavior doesn’t mean
that behavior is morally right (www.reasonablefaith.org/a-christian-perspective-on-homosexuality).
From Catholic priests to
Pentecostal Bishops, this practice is going on. And as stated before, those who
practice in secret are remaining silent or they are privately encouraging this
siege of religious institutions. This is also why in certain religious sects
there is a strong push for all male leadership. Remember as we discussed
earlier, this practice was accepted in ancient cultures and life.
The article from reasonable faith continues with these
very valid points:
There are six places in the
Bible—three in the Old Testament and three in the New Testament—where this
issue is directly addressed—not to mention all the passages dealing with
marriage and sexuality which have implications for this issue. In all six of
these passages homosexual acts are unequivocally condemned.
In Leviticus 18.22 it says that
it is an abomination for a man to lie with another man as with a woman. In Lev.
20.13 the death penalty is prescribed in Israel for such an act, along with
adultery, incest, and bestiality. Now sometimes homosexual advocates make light
of these prohibitions by comparing them to prohibitions in the Old Testament
against having contact with unclean animals like pigs. Just as Christians today
don’t obey all of the Old Testament ceremonial laws, so, they say, we don’t
have to obey the prohibitions of homosexual actions. But the problem with this
argument is that the New Testament reaffirms the validity of the Old Testament
prohibitions of homosexual behavior, as we’ll see below. This shows they were
not just part of the ceremonial laws of the Old Testament, which were done away
with, but were part of God’s everlasting moral law. Homosexual behavior is in
God’s sight a serious sin. The third place where homosexual acts are mentioned
in the Old Testament is the horrifying story in Genesis 19 of the attempted
gang rape of Lot’s visitors by the men of Sodom, from which our word sodomy derives.
God destroyed the city of Sodom because of their wickedness.
Now if this weren’t enough, the
New Testament also forbids homosexual behavior. In I Cor. 6.9-10 Paul writes,
“Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the Kingdom of God? Do not
be deceived: neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor
men who practice homosexuality, nor thieves, nor the greedy, nor drunkards, nor
revilers, nor swindlers will inherit the Kingdom of God.” The words in the list
translated “men who practice homosexuality” refer in Greek literature to the
passive and the active partners in male homosexual intercourse. The second of
these two words is also listed in I Tim. 1.10 along with fornicators, slave
traders, liars, and murderers as “contrary to the sound teaching of the
Gospel.” The most lengthy treatment of homosexual activity comes in Romans
1.24-28. Here Paul talks about how people have turned away from the Creator God
and begun to worship instead false gods of their own making. He says,
Therefore God gave them up in the
lusts of their hearts to impurity, to the dishonoring of their bodies among
themselves, because they exchanged the truth about God for a lie and worshiped
and served the creature rather than the Creator, who is blessed forever! Amen.
For this reason God gave them up
to dishonorable passions. For their women exchanged natural relations for those
that are contrary to nature; and the men likewise gave up natural relations
with women and were consumed with passion for one another, men committing
shameless acts with men and receiving in themselves the due penalty for their
error.
Liberal scholars have done
acrobatics to try to explain away the clear sense of these verses. Some have
said that Paul is only condemning the pagan practice of men’s sexually
exploiting young boys. But such an interpretation is obviously wrong, since
Paul says in verses 24 and 27 that these homosexual acts by men were committed
“with one another” and in verse 26 he speaks of lesbian homosexual acts as well.
Other scholars have said Paul is only condemning heterosexuals who engage in
homosexual acts, not homosexuals who do. But this interpretation is contrived.
It was only in modern times that the idea of homosexual or heterosexual
orientation developed. What Paul is condemning is homosexual acts, regardless
of orientation. Given the Old Testament background to this passage as well as
what Paul says in I Cor. 6.9-10 and I Tim. 1.10, it is clear that Paul is here
forbidding all such acts. He sees this behavior as the evidence of a corrupted
mind which has turned away from God and been abandoned by Him to moral
degeneracy.
So the Bible is very forthright
and clear when it comes to homosexual behavior. It is contrary to God’s design
and is sin. Even if there weren’t all these explicit passages dealing with
homosexual acts, such acts would still be forbidden under the commandment “You
shall not commit adultery.” God’s plan for human sexual activity is that it is
reserved for marriage: any sexual activity outside of the security of the
marriage bond—whether pre-marital sex or extra-marital sex, whether
heterosexual or homosexual—is forbidden. Sex is designed by God for marriage.
Someone might say that if God
intended sex for marriage, then just let homosexuals marry each other and they
would not be committing adultery! But this suggestion completely misunderstands
God’s intention for marriage. In the creation story in Genesis, it tells of how
God made woman as a suitable mate for man, his perfect, God-given complement.
Then it says, “For this reason a man shall leave his father and his mother and
shall cleave to his wife and they shall become one flesh.” This is God’s
pattern for marriage, and in the New Testament Paul quotes this very passage
and then says, “This is a great mystery and I am applying it to Christ and the
church” (Eph. 5.32). Paul says that the union between a man and his wife is a
living symbol of the unity of Christ with his people, the Church. When we think
about this, we can see what a terrible sacrilege, what a mockery of God’s plan,
a homosexual union is. It flies in the face of God’s intention for humanity
from the moment of creation.
The above also shows how silly it
is when some homosexual advocates say, “Jesus never condemned homosexual behavior,
so why should we?” Jesus did not specifically mention lots of things which we
know to be wrong, like bestiality or torture, but that doesn’t mean he approved
of them. What Jesus does do is quote from Genesis to affirm God’s pattern for
marriage as the basis for his own teaching on divorce. In Mark 10.6-8, He says,
“From the beginning of creation, God made them male and female. For this reason
a man shall leave his father and mother and the two shall become one flesh.
Consequently, they are no longer two, but one flesh.” For two men to become one
flesh in homosexual intercourse would be a violation of God’s created order and
intent. He created man and woman to be indissolubly united in marriage, not two
men or two women.
To recap, then, the Bible clearly
and consistently forbids homosexual activity. So if God’s will is expressed in
the Bible, it follows that homosexual behavior is against God’s will.
Beloved, I hope this article
helps you to understand and articulate the truth of God’s word. I pray this
helps you to stand in an hour of great deception, in and out of the Church. We
cannot bless what God has already condemned and we cannot condemn what God has
already blessed.
Now what practical application
does all this have for us as individuals?
First, if you are a homosexual or
feel that inclination, keep yourself pure. If you are unmarried, you should
practice abstinence from all sexual activity. God requires sexual purity of ALL
single people. That means not only keeping your body pure, but also your mind.
Just as heterosexual men should avoid pornography and fantasizing, you, too,
need to keep your thought-life clean. Resist the temptation to rationalize sin
by saying, “God made me this way.” God has made it very clear that He does not
want you to indulge your desires, but to honor Him by keeping your mind and
body pure. Finally, seek professional Christian counseling. With time and
effort, you can come to enjoy normal, heterosexual relations with your spouse.
There is hope. If you feel you have been ‘born this way’ Jesus tells us ALL we
MUST be BORN AGAIN.
Second, for those of us who are
heterosexual, we need to extend God’s love. Sinful acts that are not repented
of and no confession and obedience to Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior sends
heterosexuals to the same place as homosexuals. Vulgar words or jokes about
homosexuals should never pass the lips of a Christian. If you find yourself
feeling glad when some affliction befalls a homosexual person or you find
feelings of hatred welling up in your heart toward homosexual people, then you
need to reflect long and hard on the words of Jesus recorded in Matthew: “it
will be more tolerable on the Day of Judgment for Sodom and Gomorrah than for
you” (Mt. 10.15; 11.24).
As I write this, a new ‘program’
is underway for initiation. It is the “Brother’s Keeper’ initiative being
rolled out by our most pro-homosexual President ever. It is a program
reportedly aimed at minority boys and men. But I am concerned. I am concerned,
because I see historical patterns repeating. Hitler too had plans for young
boys and men under his Hitler Youth program. The ancient Romans and Greeks had
plans for their boys too, and even created tax systems around it. My husband
shared a dream with me months back and with our spiritual leader. The dream
mirrors exactly what the Brother Keeper’s initiative proposes, but the motives
are not pure. Only time will tell what the real purpose of this plan, rolled
out strategically at a time when black men are being senselessly killed, and
when approval rating is low, will reveal. I believe we can’t afford to wait. We
must be discerning and not run after everything our government ‘hands out’. Nearly a year, before this initiative, my husband had a very compelling dream concerning young people and the President, delivered to our spiritual oversight. You can read it here:
Before the return of Jesus, as
love grows cold and lovers of self grows bolder, we will see plans to implement
homosexuality on all levels increase. Some Christians may even lose their life
for standing against homosexuality. Some have already lost their businesses over
it. As you stand, stand against it in loving truth. Stand against it because
you want to see TRUTH invade the souls of men.
May this article aid you in your
understanding of what you are up against, and how you may stand against it. An
Outrageous Church is a Church that will stand when darkness covers the earth,
to be the glory of God and light in dark places.
Keep standing, and let nothing stop you from being outrageous for Jesus.
